By downloading or using TableXP ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract (if you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian's permission). The App involves real-world pool venues, some of which may be bars or licensed premises; access to and conduct within any venue is subject to that venue's rules and all local laws, including minimum drinking age. Use the App responsibly.
You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. Don't impersonate others or pick a nickname that is offensive, infringing, or misleading.
TableXP's ratings depend on honest, real, in-person matches. You agree not to:
We may adjust ratings, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate fair play.
You may submit content (display name, profile photo, social handles, added venues, and feedback). You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the App. For feedback and suggestions, you grant us the right to use them freely, without obligation or compensation. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
Venue listings come from Google Places. We don't own, endorse, or guarantee any venue, and we're not responsible for what happens at one. The App uses third-party services (Google, Apple, Expo, and the social apps you share to), each governed by their own terms.
Ratings, leaderboards, achievements, and venue data are provided for entertainment and may contain errors. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, third-party venues or services, or any conduct at a venue. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is $0).
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the App and its users.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the revised version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
